Sending your parcel

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. They are shipped via POST with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages over CHF 500 are shipped with signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. These costs vary according to the total weight of the package.

We recommend that you group all your items in one order. In general, we cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
